my idea is to use an i beam design made from plasma cut steel sheets. It is a simple design which uses some of the original parts such as the supports.Most of the assembly can be welded together using an automated linear welding.key featuresonly bending required is the original supports-majority of sheets can be welded together using an automated linear welding , reducing manual welding.-reuse of original parts-total mass reduction of 220 kg-part reduction
