i3 Frame Mounting System - Major Mod to i3 / Duplicator Style

<p>Complete Frame Mounting System for the i3 / Duplicator style of 3d printer.</p><p>There is no drilling required. It eliminates the separate power box and the wiring umbilical cord.</p><p>It improves the frame rigidness considerably. It adds 60 mm clearance at the top of the frame, so the hot end can print to the full 180 mm without hitting.</p><p>It eliminates the drag chain from the right Z-axis motor to the X axis mount above. It adds a drag chain to the hotbed, to reduce strain on the wiring.</p><p>It has an adjustable z-axis switch mount and plunger.</p><p>The first picture is the finished project. The next four pictures show the range of motion for the hot end carriage.</p><p>This mod has 56 parts, so far.
