This is a screw-on replacement for the Y motor mount. It enables users to add it without disassembling the printer, allowing the use of NEMA 17 dampers found cheaply on eBay. This also allows the use of three mounting screws. To install, simply move the old motor mount aside and screw this one into place. A 0.5mm gap exists between the two parts, allowing it to be tightened securely without movement and eliminating the need for nuts.
