This design is a fender assembly designed to mount on the Ibis Ripmo AF Clevis to protect the linkage and seatpost from mud and small stone spray.

The printed parts have two slots in which the user is supposed to insert two pieces of flexible fender material cut to size according to taste. These fender pieces are then secured using hot glue, making it possible to replace if they should break.

This design is heavily inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4260101 but has been drawn from scratch to fit the Ibis Ripmo AF and also be printable using nothing but regular PLA.

The pins should be used to plug the holes in the top part after screwing in two M3x20+ mm screws that is mated to two nuts that should be inserted into the designated slots.

Tested with a Maxxis Dissector 2.4 which leaves a few mm of clearance.

Be my guest to edit the design if you find the need, you can find attached the full Fusion 360 project.

Printed using Add North X-PLA which I have found is very durable since I have used it for a Chainguard in the past.
