I created this *IBM model M keyboard emergency nut driver* when I was about to clean a second-hand keyboard and couldn't find the right tool to unscrew the recessed nuts. Neither needle nose pliers nor a socket wrench could reach the nut. It's not exactly durable, but it lasted just long enough for unscrewing and screwing back exactly once, which was enough for my purpose. The opposite site fits a square socket wrench bit, or you could use a large flat screwdriver. Alternatively you might be able to turn the nut just by hand, or grip the upper part with pliers.
