For one of my projects I'm using an old IBM Personal System / 2 computer that was built around 1987 to 1989 for an electronic project box. I gutted everything, but wanted to reuse the 120 VAC power switch linked to the front panel. I also created a drive bay face plate that fits LEDs. Some modifications to the case are needed to make it fit, drawing changes could be made to the tabs but strength will be compromised. I will be adding more parts if/as I come up with them, here. Instructions I printed with standard ABS at 0.2 layer height. The LED panel can be printed with out support, which is what i did. The amount of deformation to the tabs wasn't a big deal. Printing with support would probably be a better idea, I just forgot to check that box and don't feel like reprinting it.
