Ice Cream Sandwich Maker

Ice Cream Sandwich Maker

thingiverse

This is a quick little jig for making ice cream sandwiches. Drop a graham cracker in the bottom of the jig, scoop in some ice cream, then press down a second cracker on top of the ice cream to make a sandwich. Then lift up the jig with your fingers while pushing out the sandwich with your thumbs. The design here is sized for No Name graham crackers which measure 56x56mm, and makes a sandwich up to 25mm tall. Measure the crackers you're using and use Customizer to adjust the dimensions to match your crackers - add 1-2mm to your measurement so they don't get stuck in the jig. Note that bare 3D prints aren't considered food safe, as they contain small crevices that cannot be easily cleaned. I highly recommend sealing the print using a food-safe sealant.
