Ice Fishing Rod

<p>Wanted to make some ice fishing rods, modeled these and printed them and fished with them on the same day.</p> <p>Rotate the parts to print on their flat side. Modeled it so no supports are required.</p> <p>Used a 16 3/8 inch wooden dowel, the parts fit in tight and I didn't need glue. I added holes for some large zip ties for the spool. Also added a bit of electrical tape to keep the ends from snagging my line.</p> <p>The stand needs two more dowels and a short one for the rod support clip.</p> <p>I guess you can print your own plastic rod if you don't have a wood one. I added the model but haven't tested it.</p> <p>Happy Printing/Fishing. Post you makes!</p>
