Ice King's Crown - Adventure Time

When it's cold outside, and you're protecting an orphan and hounded by mutants across a nuclear wasteland, sometimes you just gotta use the magical powers bestowed upon you by this crown you found. So what if it makes you a little crazy? This is the Ice King's crown from Adventure Time, printed on a Rostock Max. I wore it as Simon Petrikov, before he transforms into the Ice King. I printed the crown and jewels separately in yellow and red PLA then super-glued them together. It's fairly light and surprisingly comfortable to wear - although you may have to duck going through doorways. It's truly one-size-fits-all, it even worked on my giant head. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: The crown prints without support. I personally preferred to have the outward-facing side of the jewels print facing up, rather than have the uneven glassy finish that would come from printing them face-down. The back of the jewels is contoured, so they had to be printed with support.
