Ice mould

With the summer season finally here (for the northern hemisphere), here is a model to delight the gourmet. A stick ice cream mould. This set is divided into 3 main parts. The mould, the stick and a lid. The lid is designed to be removed once the ice has hardened but you can leave it on to prevent the ice from running down the stick. The pieces are ready for printing. The cover requires a doubling (it is in two parts) and some supports. A ring holds the lid on the stick. Some quick recipe ideas for delicious ice cream. 250 grams of strawberries 50 ml sugar (about 50 g) 100 ml orange juice Mix the strawberries and sugar to obtain a coulis. Then add the orange juice and blend again. Fill the moulds (quantity for about 6 ice creams) and put them in the freezer. Remove after about 6 hours. For easy removal from the mould, you can run the mould under hot water. 250 grams of peaches 50 ml sugar (about 50 g) 125 grams of plain yoghurt Stone the peaches to get 250 g of fruit. Mix the peaches and sugar to obtain a coulis. Then add the yoghurt and blend again. Fill the moulds (quantity for about 6 ice creams) and put them in the freezer. Remove after about 6 hours.
