Tired of ID badge holder's clip breaking away all the time? Instead of getting a new one, print yourself a new one. Glue the ID badge on with double sided tape and the holder won't be even visible (the orange color of mine doesn't help with that). It might be too heavy for some. I have made it quite thick for it to break less often.
