Son and I had a great time building and assembling the ID10 Seeker Droid Model... but it needed a stand worthy of its awesomeness. Yesterday, the Republic got all the love, so today, it's "Revenge of the Fifth" time. Had a difficult time sourcing a simple acrylic rod (thanks pandemic), so I modeled this to use a re-usable steel drinking straw (hope the Mrs doesn't notice one is missing). Straw is 6mm OD and 23mm long. Perfect size... and rigid enough to not flex with the weight of the droid w/batteries and LEDs.
