This is an idler pulley used for my CNC router using 2 608 bearings. This helps the timing belt stay on track and provides a change of direction . I have added some support that should be removed once printed. Instructions Print Remove the support located in the bottom bearing position Clean bearing area Insert bearings, spacer, Bearing. I used a hammer and a bit of wood to insert the bearing mount Note, Once the bearings are in removing is not easy.
