The stock idler and assembly is garbage. It uses cheap bearings and held together with a rivet. Insult to injury the belt is closed-loop, so if you break a belt you have to purchase altogether. This model allows the idler to separate in order to install a new belt. It also meant to use a little beefier 16T pulley. I've marked this as work in progress as I flesh out the instructions.
