This is based on Alex Lee's design only this one is printable and supports both sides of the idler pulley. The hole for the bolt to hold the free bearing was updated to clear an M5 bolt. The idler pulley I am using can be found here: http://openbuildspartstore.com/smooth-idler-pulley-wheel-kit/ Also needed: M5x25mm Bolt M5 washers Wing nut (You can use the nylock that comes with the pulley but like to make stuff easy to remove.) I just pulled my belt to tension it but there are lots of belt tensioning option out there.
