90 degree connector to hold IEC 309 plug socket (for industrial power cables). Printed and tested in a hospital in Nepal, where it is currently in use on a unit supplying power to the dental surgery tent. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Plus2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1-0.2 Infill: 50-100% Notes: Print in the orientation shown, as this avoids too much support material on the functional part of the connector. A fine resolution helps with ensuring the functional part of the connector is accurate. Use greater infill for higher strength. Print in ABS. How I Designed This Measured up the original broken part by hand. 3D printed prototypes on a high speed/low resolution to check the fit of the connection.
