Many of the designs I found was bulky and didn't have a drain when mounted in this orientation. I wanted it this way so the plug dries at a natural angle if wet inside. It is minimalistic on the wall. I created this so the plug isn't a snug fit so it doesn't wear on the plastic like many others. This does make it fall out easier if you move around on the cable so scale it down slightly if you want it to hold the plug with some force.
