IEC320 fuesed and switched Inlet Holder

Case for IEC320 C14 switched and fused Inlet. The inlet part is pushed in and locked with four notches. The fit is very tight, so it will be securely trapped in the case. You will barely get it out again. In the bottom is a tunnel for an cable tie for strain relief. I also added a lid. Witch is necessary for reliable insulation if the Case is mounted on conductive surfaces (including coated metal). I am using it on wood without the lid. You can minimize height slightly by scaling down in z direction in your slicer. If you want to use countersink screws use the conical washers. !!!Attention!!! This part is intended for power line connection. So be care full. If you don't know exactly what you are doing ask someone who knows. You are using this design on your own risk! If you don't agree with this term, don't use this design! => This Part is used in my Prusa i3 Master Rework Print Settings Printer: Sintron Prusa i3 Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 30% Notes: If you want to fine tune the fit, scaling won't help you much. Instead try playing with the extrusion rate, or tell the slicer you are using a 0.5mm nozzle, while you heaving a 0.4mm nozzle on the printer. Post-Printing Solder the connections according to the pictures. The wires must be soldered in the holes of the pins not just to the side. Use shrink tubing and a cable tie for strain relief as shown in the pictures.
