I just got sick of my original carriage with four individual bushing holder as those four bushings couldn't be mounted very precisely. Whenever things where perfect - after tightening the screws - the force needed to push the carriage just doubled. Printing at high speeds this caused to much friction. Second thing: Leave me alone with springs! I just hate those nasty springs, in my eyes they are just unnecessary. After a hard time getting together all the necessary scad-parts it came out very well and is now in use for 25 hours with up to 250mm/s travel moves. Instructions Print this one and the thing:23880 lm8x4 spacers.stl - File and throw in M3x45mm and some nuts. Actually I heated up the nuts and pushed them into the holes so they stay where they should be. This way assembly became easier. I use a 5mm acrylic glass sheet between the carriage+spacers and a mk2-headbed I got from ebay and those handy Ikea SÖRLI as a printing surface. I just marked the holes and drilled them. No leveling needed. I switched to thing:23015 as rod clamps. Therefore no dealing with exact rod distance anymore.
