I had extra samples of igus 10-40 rail on hand and I figured I'd make a small parts tray. My original intent was for holding heatset inserts, but this will work with screws, nuts, anything small enough to fit. The sample boxes come with a 150mm section of rail so that is what I used for the model.

There are 2 types of end caps. one has a ramp to help grab things in the corner, and the other does not have a ramp if you want a straight wall.

I used #10-32 x ½" socket head cap screws and they are just a little proud of the top of the print once all the slack is tightened down. You could try 3/8" or 7/16" length screws and they may fit better. You could also try M5x10 (might be tight), or M4x10 (might be loose).

I included the design files in case you want to modify these in some way. Happy printing.
