IGUS Y axis linear rail mod

<p>Hey guys,<br/> for this mod for "Full Bear MK3s" you will need the following things:</p> <ul> <li>2x IGUS TS-04-12 (linear rail) with a length of 370mm</li> <li>3x IGUS TWE-04-12 (linear rail carriage with adjustable play)</li> <li>(optional) 2020 aluminium extrusions with a length of 331mm</li> <li>M3 T slot nuts and screws</li> <li>M5 T slot nuts and screws</li> <li>(optional)Aluminium corner mount pieces if using the 2020 extrusions</li> </ul> <p>Parts to print:<br/> 3x Carriagespacer<br/> 1x Spacer (82mm)<br/> 3x Railholder<br/> 1x Railholder 20mm</p> <p>Use the spacer (82mm) to equally space the "Railholders" from the extrusion edge. Mount the "20 mm Railholder" in the top left, else the XY calibration will fail.</p> <p>Place the 3x "Carriagespacers" on top of the 3x linear rail carriages - else the bed mount will hit the y axis motor.</p> <p>IMPORTANT: Check the pictures to see which carriage M3 screw holes to use to screw the bed mount in!</p> <p>If you have any questions, contact me either here or on facebook :).</p> <p>Thank you Grégoire for the Bear mod :D<br/> <a href="https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade">https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade</a></p>
