The original corner piece is quite fragile, so I have had to make quite a few of these replacement pieces. If the original piece has fractured so that it doesn't have any external parts left, you can just hammer the leftover pieces further inside the pipe. Of there are still external parts, you can try to extract the original piece or just break off the external parts with pliers and proceed to hammer in the rest of it. This model is not designed to be an exact replica of the original piece. This model doesn't have the ability to stack the storage units and the internal pieces are solid instead of hollow. Printing: For maximum strength 100% infil should be used. However this does work with about 40% infil if the unit is not loaded too heavily. The model should be oriented side to side so that each layer goes from one end to another. This helps with the stresses as the forces should not cause layer separation. When oriented that way supports should be used because the ends are hovering 1mm over the plate. I have used PLA filament, but of course nylon or some other more durable filament would be preferred.
