I could not mount an IKEA BROGRUND shower tray shelf to a non-IKEA showerhead riser rail because of the distance between tray and wall. It would have needed 3cm more space. So I decided to make this adapter. Note: The fitting between the rise rail mount and the adapter is a little bit on the loose side while the fit between the tray and the adapter is a little bit tight. I'll have a look into that in case I have to refactor the adapter - Right now it suits my needs.
