This DIY project uses clips designed specifically for Ultimakers, allowing you to mount three bars easily at the top of your bot. These clips comprise a top hanger and lower angled clip that direct light towards the build platform beneath the moving axis blocks. Each clip is held together by an M3 10mm bolt and nut or a 3mm wide zip-tie. The assembled clip hangs from the top of your bot, ensuring the bar is securely locked without damaging the frame. You can purchase Dioder LED bars from IKEA or online, then print six LEDClipA and six LEDClipB files to assemble the clips. Follow the instructions provided in the text for a well-lit build platform.
