Ikea Ekby Valter based filament spool holder

This is a simply hack of the [Ikea Valter](http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/storage-furniture/wall-shelves/ekby-valter-bracket-black-art-80167473/) bracket (the big one with 28 mm) which is available in whole Europe. The mount can be installed with two wood screws per bracket - A wide range can be used. It is designed to work with a rod with diameter of 24 mm, where it barely can slip. I hope you like it!
