**IKEA Fabrikor Glass-door Cabinet reinforcement cod (002.422.78)** https://youtu.be/D7EuUlLbIjo Once the showcase is assembled its weight is considerable, approximately 35 kgr of glass and steel, when you want to move it without help, it is difficult to lift it on the fly, due to its volume and there are no easy points to grab it. Then you have no choice but to support it on the legs and these are not designed to support 35kgr per leg, and the plate that supports the leg, is deformed. To avoid this problem, I have designed a simple reinforcement to install on each of the 4 legs. The reinforcement is inserted into the concave part of each leg, between the base of the leg (which has the leveling adjustment screw) and the crossbar reinforcement. It is necessary to make two 5mm holes in the metal leg, to be able to fix the reinforcement with two screws / nuts of M5. To make these drills we will use as a template the own leg reinforcement that we have printed, previously fixed with a provisional flange. I have printed the piece with 100% filler, but I think that with 20% filler it also works well, that is reinforcing the thickness of the walls to 2mm. ------------------------ **Refuerzo pata vitrina IKEA Fabrikor cod(002.422.78)** Una vez la vitrina está ensamblada su peso es considerable, aproximadamente 35 kgr de cristal y acero, cuando la quieres mover sin ayuda, es difícil alzarla al vuelo, debido a su volumen y a que no hay puntos fáciles para asirla. Entonces no te queda otra opción que apoyarla en las patas y estas no están pensadas para soportar 35kgr por pata, y la chapa que soporta la pata, se deforma. Para evitar este problema, he diseñado un refuerzo simple para instalar en cada una de las 4 patas. El refuerzo se inserta en la parte cóncava de cada pata, entre la base de la pata (que tiene el tornillo de ajuste de nivelación) y las barras cruzadas de refuerzo. Es necesario realizar dos taladros de 5mm en la pata metálica, para poder fijar el refuerzo con dos tornillos / tuercas de M5. Para realizar dichos taladros utilizaremos como plantilla el propio refuerzo de pata que hemos impreso, fijados previamente con una brida provisional. Yo he impreso la pieza con el 100% de relleno, pero creo que con un 20% de relleno también funciona bien, eso sí reforzando el grosor de las paredes a 2mm.
