I Designed this hook for Ikea frames. If you wan to support me go to https://www.etsy.com/listing/1005246947/ikea-frame-hooks?ref=listings_manager_grid The frame sits flush with the wall and to fix the hook to the wall u need a 5 mm wide double-sided tape. I cut my 10 mm in half and use it for two hooks. For print setting: layer height: 0.2 infill: 10%-20 supports: yes filament: any I hope u will enjoy it.
