I have an old IKEA Grundtal attached to the kitchen wall, with two sticks of 40 cm that are attached to each other without any support. Over time, the rail started to bend slightly. This is a quick hack to add some support. With a bit of tweaking, I'm pretty sure it can also work for the replacement product called IKEA Kungsfors.
