IKEA has a funny sense of humor and sells a [drawer](https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/ivar-drawer-gray-70304772/) for the IVAR shelf system which can only fit one of the smallest cutlery trays (SMÄCKER) - and that one only sideways. This is less than ideal for two reasons: one, this places the silverware sideways and makes the rear ones difficult to reach, second being that IKEA sells silverware with 5 types of utensils (fork, knife, spoon, small spoon, small fork), but SMÄCKER only has 4 suitably sized slots. This design is a custom-sized insert for the IVAR drawer that solves these problems. It's split into three pieces to be able to fit a 'standard' sized print surface (e.g. Prusa Mk3S) when placed very carefully. I printed the central core upright at 0.3mm layer height in PLA, the thin 'sidewalls' are only meant as a customized brim and help the print to stick to the printing surface. The two flanking parts are best printed at higher resolution, with the flat outer wall facing toward the print surface. They should interlock easily, and can be glued together with PLA, superglue or a 3D print pen. The finished item is fairly robust and can be used to carry a fully loaded tray.
