Update: I have changed advice on print orientation and supports as why I'd oriented the parts as shown all came flooding back to me! I wanted to hang a couple of monitors off my old Jerker desk and had some nice 25mm OD stainless tube lying around. I raided thingiverse for monitor mounts, found some bits I could use straight off, but some had to be modified and some designed from scratch. See links to what I remixed but I think I've included everything required. Scad files are included if you need to change tube size or spacing. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 55% to 75% Notes: I printed in PLA and they seem plenty strong enough. I printed all the pieces as shown, which requires a bit more in the way of supports for the front clamp, but means the layer strength is used at its best. Nothing else should need supports. I used 55% infill for most parts but a hefty 75% for the TV mounts that bolt to the monitor.
