Ikea Kallax Knob Climbing Hold ("childproof")

<p>A simple cabinet knob fit made for an Ikea Kallax door.</p><p>Design goals were:</p><ul><li>low profile so that small children can't get hurt easy.</li><li>small children have no chance to open the door</li><li>parents still can with the right amount of pressure and holding force open door with one hand</li></ul><p>Note: It was designed for the Kallax door with mirror - for the normal wooden ones like in the picture you need to either shorten the screw or use some spacers from the inside of the door.</p><p>It is hard to take pictures of something that small so I made pictures on non mirror doors only.</p>Category: Household
