Searching for an enclosure for my CR-10 Mini to print PET-G and ABS, I came across this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118 A beautiful and simple solution, but it won't work for my CR-10 Mini because it was too short. I decided to make a few changes to fit my machine. I've lengthened the upper leg brackets to make the enclosure tall enough (21.5"). To mount the legs to the table, I used the existing holes and 4ea M6-1.0x40 screws. To mount the legs I drilled 5/32" holes and used 8ea #10-24x3/4" screws. I also edited the door latches to fit magnets that i already had on hand (6mmx3mm). The Power Supply Unit and controller can mount on under the table, with the front mount screwing into the leg and the "L" brackets screwing in under the table. I printed the brackets with thicker outer parameters at 30% infil. I also created bracket to provide a good finishing look to the hole i drilled for the wires. Everything else remained the same from the original thing, minus these few edits. If using a CR-10 mini, you will need cable extensions. Unfortunately I could not find commercially available extensions for the CR-10 mini. The CR-10 extensions worked for everything but the hotbed and i needed to create my own extension wires using JST clips I ordered from Digi-Key. https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=%E2%80%8EVHR-6N%E2%80%8E Thanks! Advice: mount the bottoms to the legs before mounting the tops, with how long the legs are, it's a significant lever arm and you risk breaking the tops.
