Ikea Lack Leg Extender (Standalone)

I could find many leg extenders that were designed to connect to stacked lack tables but very few that were standalone leg extenders for a single table and none that I was satisfied with. So here is my take. Use two tapered wood screws. I used 4x3/8 screws. You only need two per leg, designed this way purposely to hide the screws on the inner sides of the table. This extension gives you an extra 60mm of height - perfect for fitting over my Haribo 3030 printer. The socket for the leg is 40mm deep and the hole is centered within the socket. The amount of actual wood in the leg bottom is approx 40mm so the holes are designed to put your screws dead center of the actual wood.
