Ikea Lack Table leg extenders

Hidden Leg extensions for an Ikea Lack Table, Modular design to go with my Hidden hinges https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2880803 . This thing includes adjustable wall fasteners. I didn't like the other Lack extenders I could find and prefered something tidy and with good lines when constructed. It is a good idea to split the top of the leg to use as a template to line up the insert. I've used the insert in either the leg end or the table top or bottom. When the insert is screwed in the leg slides over the top and locates. One can insert nuts into the traps in the insert if you want to secure the leg to the insert. The wall fasteners are in two parts. The bed connects with the leg and the wall. The other small piece is used as a washer for the bolts. I didn't want metal screws to bite into plastic when i want the bed to be adjustable.
