<p>I wanted to use two existing Ikea Lack TV banks for the storage of original Prusa filaments within their original packages. The Lack TV banks should be modified in such a way, that a removal at a later point in time is possible without any visible damage to the banks.</p><p>→ This lead to the design of the attached 60 mm spacer.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required material (per TV bank):</strong></p><p>1x Ikea Lack TV bank (Ikea part number: <a href="https://www.ikea.com/de/de/p/lack-tv-bank-weiss-00450088/">004.500.88</a>, WxDxH: 90 x 26 x 45 cm)</p><p>32x Universal screw (4 x 25 with pan head) <a href="https://www.amazon.de/Dresselhaus-JD-79-Universalschraube-Halbrundkopf-Kreuzschlitz/dp/B00CML1XNS/ref=sr_1_10?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;dchild=1&amp;keywords=universalschraube%2B4%2C0%2Bx%2B25&amp;qid=1621860490&amp;refinements=p_89%3ADresselhaus&amp;rnid=669059031&amp;s=diy&amp;sr=1-10&amp;th=1">Amazon link to typical screw type</a></p><p>8x attached spacer (should also fit for other sizes of the same TV bank type, but I have only tested this with the 90 x 26 x 45 cm bank)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Installation Instruction:</strong></p><ol><li>Remove the lower (middle) plate of the TV bank.</li><li>Unscrew the four legs of the TV bank.</li><li>Screw two spacers on each end of each of the four legs of the TV bank (4 screws per spacer = 8 screws per leg).</li><li>Remove the original centered Ikea screw (connector between each leg and the upper part of the TV bank) out of the desk or each leg -depens on, where the screw is located after removal of a leg.</li><li>Screw the original centered Ikea screw (out of step 4) into one spacer per leg.</li><li>Screw each leg with the original centered Ikea screw (that is now screwed into a spacer per leg) into the lower side of the upper part of the TV bank.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Note for stacking:</strong></p><p>If you want to stack two TV banks (as shown in the first photo) you can use e.g. the following adapter: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/11146-ikea-lack-stack-adapter</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Print Instructions (tested without any issues):</strong></p><p>Print orientation as shown in the attached STL file</p><p>PLA</p><p>0.3 mm</p><p>30% infill</p><p>No support</p>
