(There now also is a version of this with added cable management. If you are interested, you can find it in the "remix" section of this design.) These small parts allow you to get rid of that bulky foot on the IKEA Lersta Lamp (or any other lamp with a tube thats 14mm or less) and mount it directly to the wall behind your favourite reading chair, workbench or nightstand. This project was inspired by a corner mounting bracket designed by user TLW3D on cults3d. So if you need to mount your Lersta into a corner, download the bracket here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/lersta-ikea-lamp-corner-mounts But if you want to mount it to a straight wall, follow these steps: 1) print the pieces 2) screw them to the wall 3) remove the foot from the lamp 4) slide the tube through the pieces until the bottom of the tube stands firmly in the bottom part I recommend printing and using at least two of the top brackets to give it more strength in case something like a foot gets caught in the cable of the lamp so it can't just be ripped out of the wall. Designed for use with buttonhead screws that have a thread diameter of 3,5mm or less and a head diameter of 7mm or less. I used the 3.5x35mm screws included in the Ikea Fixa screw set, but I included the .f3d files so you can easily modify the files to fit any other screw or tube size. If you modify the files, please make sure to post them as a remix so other people can find and also print them.
