The IKEA MARKUS office chair is great but the arm rests are non adjustable and they were just too high for my desk, hitting the counter top everytime. I designed these small accessories to lower them to a proper height. You just need 4 bolts (1 for each arm chair screw hole) with 8mm diameter and 5 or 6 cm in length.
