The height adjustment of the sliding of my Ikea closet eventually collapsed. Ikea was so kind and did not provide any replacement parts. When I disassembled the broken part, I was a little shocked how poorly it was designed and what trouble it caused - it nearly broke my TV :((((((( So this little part is here to help prevent any further collapsing maybe it will help you too :) I uploaded different heights, according to your need, if adjustments are necessary please use the tool DesignSpark Mechanical to adjust the rsdoc file.
