This covers a single standard US lightswitch with a holder for an Ikea Styrbar remote, with thanks to mikeych's Styrbar Wall Mount. In order to mount this you'll need #6-32 x 1.25" screws, I recommend with a round head. I used these: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-6-32-x-1-1-4-in-Zinc-Plated-Combo-Round-Head-Machine-Screw-6-Pack-803051/204274606 This is also to some extent a remix of a lightswitch cover I made from scratch that I will not be publishing. I've added the hole in the middle for access to the lightswitch in the event that you need to power-cycle lightbulbs which might be installed in a ceiling lamp and as such a pain in the butt to get to.
