I found mini pots at the dollar store which are great for raising cacti from seed once they get established. Hanging them from the IKEA Sunnersta rack prevents toppling and interference from pets while bathing them in constant light using my Sunnersta light mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3322762). The ring has an inner diameter of 2.27" so any similarly sized pot with a rim at least that big will work.
