IKEA tea pot lid

I've had this IKEA tea pot for a long time, but the lid disappeared ages ago. I've been using tea saucers as a lid, but now that I have a 3D printer, I decided to get off my lazy butt and make something specific. This is just the middle part of the lid - the part that covers the diffuser (the white part in the photo). I've also included the OpenSCAD file in case you want to mess with the file and make your own lid of any size for another container. The scad file is set to draw cylinders with 256 sides and spheres with 512, so it takes a really long time to render. Lower those values to improve render times (at the expense of print quality if you don't change them back). You should study the impact of the toxicity of different printing materials when in contact with hot liquid before printing this, if that sort of thing concerns you. In theory, PLA is going to leak some lactic acid, which is considered "generally safe." ABS probably gets pretty nasty at temperatures near water's boiling point. But I have an (possibly irrational) aversion to ingesting petroleum, so maybe it's nothing. Do your own research if you care.
