Redesigned to fit Bauer construction blocks. Few minor changes were applied to male connector since it was too tight to fit our IKEA tracks. The project for DesignSpark Mechanical 2.0 is also provided in case you want to tweek the model. The exported STL file was fixed (aka repaired) in Netfabb Basic 7.4. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Notes: Printed with PLA using 0.4 mm nozzle. 2 solid layers at the bottom/top and 2 perimeters were enough in my case. Infill: 15% (or less). Make sure you print this object with IKEA part on top (other orientation won't come out nice). And I had to orient the model in the way to let extra fan cool down the overhang (under the male pin), which would not look good otherwise.
