Its a extension bracket for the Schneider Exxact series to place your IKEA Tradfri remote in. Under or over a double or triple Exxact frame. Or on any side on a single frame. Use it with or without the original wall bracket. I use it with a small magnet glued to the center, to keep it detachable and as close to the wall as possible. To install it you just need to pull the frame out and slide the bracket in under. The hook keeps it in place and against the wall. V2 - Space for a ⌀10mm magnet on the back. Enjoy!
