IKEA Trofast drawer stopper for the pine wood version or bracket or corner piece

I bought the TROFAST board but the drawers can be pushed through and do not have stoppers. This leads to scratches on the wall. Therefore I quickly (!) designed these brackets to catch the drawers when they are pushed inwards. No supports needed - brim might be helpfull on some machines. It is an 90° corner piece with a hole. There is a cone in that hole for the screw to firmly fit in, too. It is designed for the pinewood version of TROFAST. All others have some sliders and I do not know if this works there, too. Drawback: The design seems not to be manifold or watertight. Repetier was complaining here. But still Repetier with CURA printed it nice and easy without any problems. You may want to under-extrude (reduce flow) so that the 3mm screw fits in there. Print Settings Printer: K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,1mm Infill: 20% Notes: I was using ColorFabb XT at 245°C and 55mm/s for all settings except first layer (20mm/s) on BuildTak with a 5mm brim. Absolutely nice and perfect!
