Ikea Trones shoe storage cabinets adhesive mount plate

The shoe storage cabinets Ikea Trones require fixing because otherwise opening it becomes unbalanced and tilts forward, to mount close to the passage of water pipes in the bathroom and at the same time not wanting to pierce with drill tiles, I designed with FreeCAD this plate. The author of thing (Alessio Cavalieri) assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the failure of the retention plates and the consequent fall of the Trones, you must to verify the effectiveness of the retention before loading weight on the Trones and do not stack more than two storage cabinets (see photos). --- INTRO --- The shoe storage cabinets Ikea Trones require fixing because otherwise opening it becomes unbalanced and tilts forward, to mount close to the passage of water pipes in the bathroom and at the same time not wanting to pierce with drill tiles, I designed with FreeCAD this plate. --- BONDING --- For gluing I proceeded in this order: 1 - Positioned the two shoe storage cabinets stacked 2 - Marked the matching of the mounting holes high on the tiles using a permanent marker 3 - Removed the shoe storage cabinets 4 - Cut a piece of paper of the size of the plate, 50x50 mm, I have made a hole in the center of the paper template I did match with the mark on the tile 5 - Scored the edges of the paper template on the tile, by this way I got a reference for the perimeter of the plate to be bonded. I used silicone to glue the plates to the tiles, the silicone can be easily removed with a scrap blade without leaving their mark on the tiles when they want (that is, if my wife ordered me :) ) remove the shoe racks from that position. --- Printing instructions --- I printed the object exactly as it appears in the STL file, with the base to stick the tiles on the printing plate and I did not use support material in the slicer to support the "mushroom". L'autore dell'oggetto (Alessio Cavalieri) non si assume la responsabilità per eventuali danni arrecati dalla mancata ritenzione delle placchette e dalla conseguente caduta / ribaltamento delle scarpiere, si consiglia di verificare l'efficacia della tenuta prima di caricare di peso le scarpiere e di non sovrapporre più di due scarpiere (vedi foto). --- INTRO --- La scarpiera Ikea Trones richiede il fissaggio perchè altrimenti aprendola si sbilancia e si ribalta in avanti, dovendola montare vicino al passaggio di tubi dell'acqua in bagno e nel contempo non volendo bucare col trapano le mattonelle, ho disegnato con FreeCAD questa placchetta per il montaggio adesivo. --- INCOLLAGGIO --- Per l'incollaggio ho proceduto in questo ordine: 1 - posizionato le due scarpiere sovrapposte 2 - segnato la corrispondenza dei fori di fissaggio alti sulle mattonelle usando un pennarello indelebile 3 - rimosso le scarpiere 4 - ritagliato un pezzo di carta della misura della placchetta, 50x50 mm, al centro della dima di carta ho praticato un foro che ho fatto combaciare col segno sulla mattonella 5 - segnato il bordo della dima di carta sulle mattonelle, in questo modo ho ottenuto un riferimento per il perimetro della placchetta da incollare Io ho usato silicone per incollare le placchette alle mattonelle, il silicone è facilmente rimovibile con una lametta senza lasciare il segno sulle mattonelle nel momento in cui volessi (ovvero se mia moglie me lo ordinasse :) ) togliere le scarpiere da quella posizione. --- ISTRUZIONI PER LA STAMPA --- Io ho stampato l'oggetto esattamente come appare il file STL, quindi con la base da attaccare alle mattonelle sul piatto di stampa e non ho usato materiale di supporto nello slicer per sostenere il "fungo".
