i (imperial) M (metric) 8 (Tronxy 8xx, Anet A8) Frame. iM8 This frame may be the cheapest and most durable, with minimal technical skill assembly required. You may need to drill a hole here or there in the printed plastic pieces. This is 100% scale-able, but the specs below are for stock 220x220 beds. Many parts were derived from the AM8 frame scheme, and merged with the 1" slide clamps. I had to drill a hole in the PSU mount for my Tronxy, but it fits the Anet's PSU perfect. Still thinking up a spool holder and LCD holder. UPDATE- added a mount for both Y and Z bump stops, and press-on filament guide 36) 1" 8-32 screws with nuts, available everywhere, even walmart- $6 1) 8 foot piece of 1" aluminum square tube- Lowes or Home-depot have these for about $20 1kg of Media of choice- I use PLA+ low warp, high strength. (cant use stock y rods- yet and still get use of full 220 bed. working on it) you'll need some basic tools, hack saw, drill, screw driver,.. the same tools that came with the 802m or A8. You will need ALL the hardware from those printers,.. bearings,. y and x drive trains,.. ALL of IT. All pieces are slide clamp to fit. No drilling of the tube is required.
