Turn your old iMac G4 case and “neck” into a cool desk lamp. You need to take apart the case and neck from the monitor. Keep the screws as you will need them for assembling the lamp. Parts required: 2 curtain rod rings similar to https://www.rowleycompany.com/shower-curtain-rings. Heat shrink tubing of suitable size for non slip clamping of bulb. Silicone rubber to glue the rings on to the bulb clamp. A course thread screw 3mm x 25mm to assemble the bulb clamp. See photos for details on assembly.
