Imembui and guardian spirits

Imembui is the daughter of Shaman Wovoka and Inwe, and studies with her father to achieve the medicinal knowledge necessary to become the next great spiritual leader of the Landsvaetir when the time comes. At birth she was bestowed with the spirit of two ancestors who presented themselves to her in the form of an eagle and a wolf. They provide her with insight and protection. She has a connection to her mother’s mystical aspect through the Landsvaetir Tree of Life, which only she seems to be able to activate. Landsvaetir are a tribal people, who live in the Vinkal Forest, in communion with nature, and do not usually have contact with other peoples.
