Replica of a IMI Israeli Desert Eagle .50AE pistol. Based on model created by drarhiii. Broken up to be printed on smaller printer. I changed the trigger and made spaces for allthread and nuts for a more robust design to be stronger when I use it at conventions as part of my cosplay costume. Instructions Print the 5 individual pieces. You will need :- 5 x 6mm hex nuts 1 x 6mm Dome nut/Acorn nut 2 lengths of allthread 6mm x 165mm 1 length of allthread 6mm x 170mm Line up the three slide pieces, slide the longer piece of allthread through the lower channel, fixing a hex nut on the internal end and using the dome nut or acorn nut on the front end. Once this top part is secure, the remaining trigger and grip pieces can be assembled using the remaining allthread lengths and hex nuts. The cavities for the nuts can be filled using hot glue. The allthread can hold the pieces together securely, but I'm planning on using this as part of my cosplay costume at a convention so I wanted to make it as solid as possible. I printed this using ABS filament so I welded/glued the pieces together using acetone before using the allthread to hold everything together. There are a number of products you can use if you print using PLA.
