Viktor Schauberger's Implosion Repulsine - top plate. Instructions This is just the top plate, from my understanding there is one more plate below this but I can find no clear information to model it. -note: I'm not sure why the image to the side is so different from mine. If you think that you can generate a better "stl" file with Blender, let me know, I can share the Blender "blend" file.
